01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dbg99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at dbg99.io and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by dbg99, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active dbg99 account at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses held within those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or phone number. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent account closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not available for immediate withdrawal. All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the individual offer terms) must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. 5.3 Bonus Expiry
